Initiative Business is primarily focused on supporting commercial and cargo airlines with end-to-end aircraft parts supply and maintenance solutions.
We work with globally renowned aircraft parts manufacturers, distributors, and MRO organizations to ensure reliable sourcing, timely support, and full regulatory compliance. Our aviation division is powered by one of the most experienced teams in Bangladesh, combining technical expertise with strong understanding of airline operations, spares management, and maintenance requirements.
Initiative Business is an ‘A’ Grade enlisted contractor with the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB). In addition to parts and maintenance support, we provide airport-related technical services, including maintenance solutions and specialized machinery essential for airside and landside operations.
Beyond aviation, Initiative Business also supports Bangladesh’s defense and law enforcement agencies, including the Bangladesh Police, Army, Air Force, Navy, and Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), supplying mission-critical equipment with strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
We further collaborate with local pharmaceutical companies, supporting their operational and technical needs with reliability and discretion.

Late Md Asheque Ahmed was a distinguished aviation professional who served in Biman’s Engineering and Material Management E&MM Division for over twenty years. Following voluntary retirement, he founded Initiative Business and played a pivotal role in positioning it at the forefront of Bangladesh’s aviation industry. Through his leadership, the firm became a trusted local partner for international suppliers, supporting aircraft parts, technical services, and government procurement with credibility and consistency. His legacy lives on through the partnerships he built and the standards he set.
